Dr. Edward Robinson
Dr. Edward Robinson

Dr. Edward Robinson is an Assistant Professor at Abilene Christian University and serves in a dual capacity in both the History and Biblical Studies departments. He teaches general education Bible classes. Dr. Robinson graduated from Southwestern Christian College with a Bachelor's degree in 1989. He received from Harding University an M.A.R. in 1991 and an M.Div. in 1993. He completed his M.A. from the University of Illinois in 1998 and his Ph.D. from Mississippi State University in 2003.

Dr. Robinson has preached since 1984 in Texas, Mississippi and Illinois. He and his wife, Toni, have three children: Clarice, Ashley and Erika.

Dr. Darrell Wesley

Dr. Darrell Wesley was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  He preached his first sermon at 11 years old under the leadership and mentoring of Carl Taylor, Sr.
Dr. Wesley has an extensive educational background.  After earning an Associates degree in English from Southwestern Christian College, a B.A. degree in English and a M.S. degree in Bible from Abilene Christian University, he matriculated at the University of Tennessee earning a M.A. degree in philosophy.  He also holds a Masters degree in Theology from Yale University, with a concentration on Black Theology and the Philosophy of Religion. Dr. Wesley also holds an earned Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min) from United Theological Seminary, and is in the process of finishing a second Ph.D. in Theology Ethics and Culture from Claremont Graduate University.

Dr. Wesley has been a pastor at churches in Texas, Tennessee, and Connecticut, and served as Adjunct Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Barstow College and Central Texas College. For the last 11 years he has been a U.S. Navy Chaplain, serving in Haiti, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, and Iraq.  He currently serves as chaplain and ethics professor at the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.   Dr. Wesley is a member of the National Urban League, NAACP, and Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity, Inc.
